BioA dream: I was standing in a museum, I was alone, it was in an ancient pottery wing. In front of me were six beautiful, perfect specimens of ancient art. Each one was in its own way perfect. I went up to them; took each beautiful piece of art and dropped it. I picked up pieces randomly from each broken urn, thin slivers of delicate porcelain, chunks of useful earthenware. I started to reassemble them, forcing them to fit together into the shape of a new, grotesquely disparate urn. My fingers were sliced open, my eyes hurt from strain, my body grew tired as I meticulously tried to make fit that which couldn't fit.
But I finished, I stood up, stepped back and admired my work. Completely original, completely beautiful, completely me.
